Hanover Trade Fair 2004-2

The RoboValve multi-way, multiple-connection diaphragm valves are new to the Bürkert range. RoboValves were designed for special uses such as sterile applications in filtration or chromatography. They operate pneumatically or by manually. Their special design with just one valve housing saves on T-pieces and welds, thereby reducing the number of required valves and diaphragms, along with the process duration. With this valve system, Bürkert has succeeded in concentrating various valve functions within a small space.

In 2002, Bürkert agreed to take part in a cooperative effort with the Swedish company Robolux GmbH. Bürkert has assumed responsibility for selling RoboValve diaphragm valves throughout Germany. Robolux is the leading manufacturer of multi-way, multiple-connection diaphragm valves with minimum internal volumes for special applications such as in the pharmaceutical, chemical and photographic industries.
